Hidden Hanger and the Shop Deck

When you play Hidden Hangar can you take a card out of the face up Shop?

No.

You may only pick up the face down shop deck and select a crew member from there.

Note: You may however at the end of your turn, after selecting your crew member from the Shop Deck, take a card out of the face up shop deck.
