Dice counter/Dice boxes: What happens when they are covered

If a card with a die counter on it is covered by another card, the die counter is removed and is set to zero or empty.
A handful of cards in PBL ROBOTS require a die counter to determine the changing value of something important. The cards seen above are examples of cards that use dice counter when in play: Thunder Shield/ Refuge Laser/ Destroyer Sky/ Gears of Alvidon/ Torch Pipe/ Spor Conductor
Each of these cards, respective of their card type (Expert Pilot/ Shoulder Armor/Head Armor/ Arm Armor) have certain cards that can be played on top of them. The armors can be upgraded and/or have BLOW OFF cards put on top of them, shoulder armors can have another shoulder armor stacked on top, and Expert Pilots can have additional Expert Pilots put on top of them. When a card is stacked on top the die counter underneath (regardless of the value) is removed entirely and will not return when becoming active again. In some circumstances the cards on top can be removed, via regeneration effects, Gamblers of Pioria/Unknown discarding expert pilots, actions like Virus Flush and Malfunction et and then the cards would return empty (Refuge Laser/ Thunder Shield, Destroyer Sky) or be reset to their base number (Gears of Alvidon/ Spor Conductor/Torch Pipe).

One armor is an oddity here but very important to mention: Gem Blastercon. The rules work exactly as all the other cards listed above except for this is the one card that benefits from this rule, and when it returns to play it returns to its base number, which is its max: 6.
