How do Elvin Racers work with Destroyer Sky?

If you play Destroyer Sky with Elvin Racers equipped you can attack twice on the same turn you played Destroyer Sky. This would tick down Destroyer Sky's attacks remaining counter down to 1. The following turn(s) you would only be allowed to attack once, since Destroyer Sky would be out of attacks.
